1. Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• Please note: it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or card company to process the refund.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you need an exchange, contact us with your order number and details.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

• Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

• Sale or clearance items (if marked as “final sale”)

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return cost.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

• Havara reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

• Refunds are not guaranteed for items lost or damaged during the return process if not properly packaged.
